Desert Ridge Auto was founded in 2008 by Marcus and Elena Delgado, a husband-and-wife team who moved to Mesa from Tucson after Marcus spent a decade working at dealership service centers. Tired of upsell culture and watching customers get overcharged, Marcus wanted to build something different.
The shop started with two lifts and a whole lot of word-of-mouth. Within three years, they had expanded to their current six-bay facility on West Main Street. The philosophy hasn't changed: tell the customer the truth, charge a fair price, and do the work right the first time.
Today, Desert Ridge Auto services thousands of vehicles a year, employs a team of ASE-certified technicians, and holds a 4.9-star rating on Google. Customers drive from all across the East Valley — Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale — because they trust us.
