Marcus is the energy behind our HIIT and Strength programs. A former college athlete turned certified coach, he specializes in performance-based training and has helped hundreds of members hit PRs they never imagined. His sessions are intense, precise, and — somehow — fun.
ACE-CPT · Spin & Cycling Certified · 7 Years
Elena's spin classes have a cult following — members drive across the valley just to make her 6 AM class. She blends rhythm, endurance, and motivation in a way that makes 50 minutes on a bike feel like the best part of your week. Certified in indoor cycling and sports nutrition.
RYT-500 · Pilates Certified · 11 Years
