PT FAQs

Yes β€” all personal training clients must hold an active Iron Valley membership (Basic or higher). This gives you access to the full facility between your PT sessions so you can continue training on your own schedule.

Most clients see the best results training 2–3 times per week with a trainer and doing 1–2 independent sessions in between. Your trainer will recommend a frequency based on your goals and recovery capacity during your consultation.

Absolutely. If the chemistry isn't right, we'll pair you with another coach at no charge. We want you to have the best possible experience and results β€” that starts with the right relationship.

Single sessions and 5-session packages expire in 60 days. 10-session packages expire in 4 months. 20-session packages expire in 6 months. We offer extensions in cases of injury or medical leave.
