Every new PT client starts with a full movement screen, body composition analysis, and goal-setting session. We build from your baseline β not a template.
Your trainer writes a program specific to you β periodized training blocks, progressive overload, and built-in recovery. Delivered to your app weekly.
Monthly re-assessments, photo check-ins if you opt in, and detailed strength tracking so you always know exactly how far you've come.

Yes β all personal training clients must hold an active Iron Valley membership (Basic or higher). This gives you access to the full facility between your PT sessions so you can continue training on your own schedule.
Most clients see the best results training 2β3 times per week with a trainer and doing 1β2 independent sessions in between. Your trainer will recommend a frequency based on your goals and recovery capacity during your consultation.
Absolutely. If the chemistry isn't right, we'll pair you with another coach at no charge. We want you to have the best possible experience and results β that starts with the right relationship.
Single sessions and 5-session packages expire in 60 days. 10-session packages expire in 4 months. 20-session packages expire in 6 months. We offer extensions in cases of injury or medical leave.
